PSC Methodology
for Progress
·
Progress is the end result of productivity.
·
Productivity is planned and proactive, and requires teamwork.
·
Productivity, Integrity and Ethics is P.I.E. the PSC way. Integrity and Ethics are not synonymous. Integrity is the adherence of Ethics. Ethics defines the rules, policies and
procedures that govern an entity. At
PSC, Productivity is anchored on Integrity and Ethics. This is the PSC P.I.E. Principle.
·
Productivity is the accomplishment of objectives and goals.
·
Objectives are generally short-term and correspond to tasks.
·
Goals are generally long-term and the end result of the
accomplished objectives.
·
The following is the PSC formula for progress:
( Objective(1) to Objective(n) ) + PSC P.I.E.
Principle = Goal(s).
